We are happy to have you join us in our mission to identify and successfully treat undiagnosed Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients and to provide a treatment alternative for the many that are not compliant with prior treatment efforts. The delivery of OSA care must be viewed as a partnership between ProAct’s Provider Health Network dentists, referring providers, and ProAct service divisions. Our commitment to you is broad, and falls into two categories:

  1. To continue to develop state-of-the-art systems and services enabling all participating practices to deliver the best possible OSA care with the least possible administrative burden. This support includes the iSync® System which coordinates and focuses all participants, including the patient, on the appropriate course of treatment.
  2. To support you in growing your sleep business through broad based consumer marketing programs and payor directed contracting, at the best possible rates.

This page provides access to most of the policies, procedures, and protocols to integrate your practice with ProAct’s total solution; it also provides background, training, and support material that can be distributed within your practice. Material can be read online or printed in its PDF version.   If you are a new member of the ProAct Provider Health Network, you and your staff will be completing a practice orientation and training program, including training on the use of the iSync® System and on the responsibilities of all parties in numerous treatment and administrative protocols.  We encourage you to distribute appropriate information within your practice to provide your staff with some background prior to the in-service programs.
